Call Center Customer Service Representative - Bilingual

Location: 4025 Woodland Park Blvd., Suite 410, Arlington, TX
Hours: 20-40 hours/week
Wage: $11.00/hr starting

Job Description: Our employees are responsible for handling all incoming and outgoing customer calls. This may include anything from taking payments to follow-up calls from a previous day’s conversation. Representatives will work in several programs and with several entities in order to understand and/or solve a customer’s concern. Team building skills are necessary as we rely on one another for help and support. Must be proficient in both English and Spanish.

Qualifications: Candidates must have excellent communication skills, including clear speaking abilities, and a positive disposition in his/her voice, basic math skills; PC keyboarding skills; the ability and familiarity to work the internet; and the ability to multitask.
