SIMPLE ONLINE PAYMENTS

At Texas Power we strive to find new ways to show appreciation for our customers by improving our quality of service with newer and more efficient processes. For our customers who pay their bills through their bank, the time between paying a bill and that payment being processed can take seven to ten days. We have implemented a new system to process payments like these in a single day. If you already pay this way, simply log on to your bank and create a new bill pay account with a new vendor name. The vendor name will still be Texas Power, but in order for you to benefit from this new system you need to recreate an account. Be sure to use your new vendor because if you use your previous Texas Power vendor your payment will not reach us for seven to ten business days! Some online banking offers the ability to edit a bill pay vendor while others require the new set up we have just explained. If your bank requires the new set up try for an option to delete your old Texas Power vendor.

If you have not used your bank's online bill pay option, you may want to consider this as now its convenience meets the need for quick efficiency in payment posting. Log on to your bank and create a new bill payment account listing Texas Power as the vendor.
