Texas Power Ranks Highly on J.D. Power’s 2009 Customer Satisfaction Study
Texas Power is a top 5 REP

ARLINGTON, TX (August 2009) J.D. Power and Associates recently ranked Texas Power among the overall top five electric retail providers in Texas. The positioning was determined by five individual categories; Overall Satisfaction, Billing, Communications, Cost and Customer Service, with Texas Power scoring no lower than 4 out of a possible 5 on each.

Long has Texas Power proudly made claim to exemplary customer service, and the J.D. Power rankings confirm this, receiving a perfect 5 in this field. Texas Power was one of only three retail electric providers to receive a perfect five in this category.
