Texas Power Holds Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
Texas Power and the City of Arlington Chamber of Commerce

Arlington, (June 2009) Texas Power will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony to commemorate the company’s growth and development. The ceremony will begin at 10:30 on Thursday, July 16 outside the Texas Power office building located at 4025 Woodland Park Blvd.

Arlington Mayor Robert Cluck will be in attendance for the event as well as Texas Power COO Larry Kelly, with both expected to speak on the current state of Texas Power and the role it serves in the community. After the ribbon cutting, there will be an opportunity to tour the Texas Power residential and commercial call centers, which have recently expanded by more than 30%. Hors d'oeuvres will be provided for all attending individuals as well as the chance to win 6 packs of 26 watt Compact Fluorescent Light Bulbs, a $25 Visa gift card or even 4 tickets to a Frisco Roughrider baseball game, complete with dinner and drinks at the DR Pepper ballpark.
