For referring a new residential customer, you may earn a $25 bill credit. For referring a new commercial customer, you may earn a $50 bill credit. You may receive the applicable bill credit if you and your referral remain active Texas Power customers through your friend’s fourth billing cycle. To receive the bill credit, after your referral enrolls with Texas Power, either fill out the Refer A Friend Online Submission form below or download the Texas Power Bill Credit Voucher and mail to the address on the form. Submissions must be received within 120 days from your friend’s enrollment date. Submissions made after this time or that do not contain your referral’s account number will not be processed. Do not submit your Bill Credit Voucher with your monthly Texas Power bill payment or deduct the credit from your bill payment. This offer is only valid for referring new Texas Power residential or commercial customers who enroll with active postpaid service beginning October 1, 2009 or later and who were not previous Texas Power customers in the prior 180 days. The referred customer can only generate one referral bill credit. Only one referred account may generate a referral bill credit. Texas Power and its agents are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, late, lost, mutilated, misdirected, or postage-due Texas Power Bill Credit Voucher forms. Providing false information disqualifies the award of the referral bill credit. All information supplied on the Texas Power Bill Credit Voucher must match the information under both the referring customer and the referral customer’s Texas Power account number. The referring customer will receive the appropriate bill credit posted to their Texas Power account up to 30 days after the referred customer’s fourth invoice. The referred customer must have maintained satisfactory credit and payment status with Texas Power (no non-sufficient funds, no disconnect for nonpayment, no late payments, and no defaulted payment arrangements) through their fourth invoice cycle. This bill credit offers no cash value and it will not be applied to a deposit or any past-due balances. This bill credit will be applied to the referring customer’s Texas Power account and no cash monies will be sent. Submissions will not be returned and will become the property of Texas Power. Texas Power reserves the right to change without notice the Terms and Conditions, modify the offer, or end the offer at any time without notice. Keep a copy of all materials mailed for your records and as proof of your submission. Customers may earn up to $599 referral credits per calendar year.
